"I really enjoyed growing lettuce. It was difficult to get it to start growing but once mine started it got BIG and didn't stop. The hardest part was remembering to add nutrients and turn the light on and off. It is very interesting that you can grow a whole mini head of lettuce with artificial light, and minimal water. I feel very accomplished that I grew lettuce in new technological ways."
