Refund policy
Due to the nature of our educational resources, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase — if you have questions or concerns while utilizing our resources our team is happy to help.
Individual Project Kits: All the information needed to complete the project and earn a micro credential is through our online learning management system. When a purchase is made one year access to that project course begins. If you have difficulty accessing it, please reach out to our team and we’ll work with you to get it up and running. We can also provide a whitelist to any school’s technology department if necessary. If any individual project kit components arrive defective, we’ll gladly replace them at no cost within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out to us at info@stem101.org with your order details and a description of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right!
Curriculum: Our curriculum resources are all accessed through our online learning management system so returns and refunds are not possible, but you may request a 30-day free trial access on our website to evaluate these online resources before your purchase. If you have any questions on accessing or utilizing these resources, just reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If you would like professional training on utilizing any of the resources both curriculum and individual project kits in a classroom setting, we are happy to provide that at a cost.
