Detroit’s Cesar Chavez Academy teachers learn 3D printing

on

The STEM instruction team at Cesar Chavez Academy Middle School in Detroit learn about 3D printing as part of STEM 101’s 3-D printer training series.

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three- dimensional object layer-by-layer using a computer created design. 3D printing is an additive process whereby layers of material are built up to create a 3D part. Thank you to our trainer John Zehren who ran the 2-day training.
